City Of Salt – Best Women Filmmaker, Best Cinematography & Best Actress Award For "Lauren Catherine" (United States)

Image 1 of 3

When a community in Salt Lake City UT is turned upside down from the disappearance of a high school girl named Theo in the midst of her father’s political campaign, an exploration into the different accounts of what went on reveals a much deeper story. Theo’s bloody belongings are discovered in the mountains next to a creek with a suicide note, but her body is nowhere to be found. It is up to Detective Stanley and Detective Hobbs try to unravel the mystery, and it becomes apparent that Theo had come out as gay just weeks before she vanished. With each clue found, more questions arise, and the detectives begin to suspect that not everything is what it appears to be in Zion Creek. A story of love, loss, vice, and choices, City of Salt jumps back and forth in time to reveal what happened to Theo and demonstrates just how far people will go to bury what’s been latent underneath the surface.

LIVING ON THE EDGE DEGLAMOURIZING BOLLYWOOD – Best Documentary Feature (India)

Image 1 of 4

My documentary is startling revelation about the abysmal working conditions in Bollywood which is now laying claim to be global giant and churning out thousands of hours of content. The technicians and workers are deprived of social security and long punishing working hours take their toll on their health. The basic and fundamental safety measures are absent leading to accidents with unfailing regularity. Basic facilities such as clean toilets and hygienically prepared food are not accessible. In nutshell human rights are violated on sets and locations with impunity.

Web Series

The Corona Dialogues – Best Web Series (United States)

Image 1 of 1

A five episode web-series. Family dynamics, honest and poignant, make for dark comedy. Set in the video-conferencing world of pandemic-stricken America, this tightly contained five episode series takes us through sibling rivalries, paternal secrets and the most ill-conceived date in history.
